About Us
The Ade Otukomaya Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to the development and empowerment of youth, with a primary focus on building the capacity of young individuals in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State. Established by its visionary founder, Ade Otukomaya, the foundation was born out of a desire to address the high rates of youth unemployment and the lack of skills-based education among young people in the community.
The foundation provides a platform for youth to gain practical, hands-on training in various technical and vocational fields, equipping them with the skills and confidence to secure meaningful employment or start their own businesses. Recognizing that youth are the leaders of tomorrow, the Ade Otukomaya Foundation is dedicated to fostering self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and a sense of community engagement among the youth it serves.
Our impact
Since its inception, the Ade Otukomaya Foundation has trained and empowered youth in Ibeju Lekki, equipping them with practical skills that enable them to find employment or start their own businesses. The foundation’s programs have not only improved individual livelihoods but also contributed to the economic development of the local community. Many participants have gone on to establish successful businesses, while others have secured stable employment in various industries. The foundation remains committed to scaling its efforts and reaching even more young people in the future.

Mr Adebanjo Otukomaya is an astute financial and banking professional with experience that cuts across four (4) leading financial and banking institutions in Nigeria.
An excellent leader with proven track records in driving business growth in the financial services industry. He commands cutting- edge knowledge in Innovation and Change Management, Project Finance, Disruptive Innovation Model, Global Leadership and Strategy Formulation especially in Business and Commercial Banking. He pioneered the set-up and defined strategies for developing African China Banking Desk at Stanbic IBTC Bank.
Mr Adebanjo Otukomaya possesses in-depth knowledge of the emerging markets and strategies for sustainable growth. He possesses Master of Business Administration, International Business from University of Liverpool – Liverpool, United Kingdom and other educational and professional certificates.
Until his appointment as a Controller, LFZDC he occupied the post of Head, Enterprise Banking Nigeria, a Senior Management role at Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc.

Since taking office in July 2021, he has led transformative infrastructure projects and community programs, earning the title Mr. Project for his impact.

Adetokunbo Ajetunmobi is a seasoned investment banker and real estate expert with over 19 years in financial services. She has led corporate strategy, financial advisory, portfolio management, and real estate initiatives. A pioneer at Renmoney MFBank and Page Financials, she also contributed to Bond Bank (now Polaris Bank). With an LLB from the University of Ibadan and Nigerian Law School accreditation, she seamlessly transitioned into real estate. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria and the Institute of Directors. In 2020, she founded Capival Investment Ltd, a fintech firm, and co-founded Capival Homes Ltd in 2021, further cementing her impact in finance and real estate.

Oladimeji Ibrahim

Oladimeji Ibrahim is a policy and development expert with over seven years of experience in policy formulation, parliamentary strengthening, and social movements. A former Lagos State Youth Parliament member and Chairman of the House Committee on Education and Culture, he championed motions on Comprehensive Sexuality Education, the UNESCO 25% education funding recommendation, and the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Act.
As the UNFPA Nigeria Youth Participatory Platform Secretary, he led the Anti-GBV Campus Ambassadors project, training 40 student advocates who impacted 500 peers. His work was presented at the ICFP 2022 in Thailand. During COVID-19, he launched the Covid-19 Youth Call Line, providing SRH and mental health support to 780 young people, including persons with disabilities.
In 2021, he joined UNFPA Nigeria as a Programme Support Officer, contributing to the Spotlight Initiative, which led to Lagos’ 24-hour GBV referral center and the establishment of the Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency. His efforts supported 10,007 GBV survivors in 2022.
Currently, he serves as the Youth Engagement and Partnership Expert at UNICEF (Generation Unlimited). A recipient of multiple awards, including 100 Most Influential Young People in Lagos, Oladimeji is committed to advancing education, policy, and social interventions to empower communities.

Provide hands-on training in technical fields such as electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, automotive repair, and other trades that are in high demand in the job market. These programs are designed to prepare youth for immediate employment opportunities.

Offer workshops on practical skills including tailoring, cosmetology, culinary arts, digital skills, and more. These workshops empower youth to either start their own small businesses or secure employment in various sectors.

Mentorship & Career Guidance
Establish mentorship programs that connect youth with experienced professionals who can guide them in career planning, personal development, and navigating the job market. Mentors provide invaluable insights and advice to help young individuals set and achieve their career goals.

Entrepreneurship Support
Provide resources, training, and mentorship to aspiring young entrepreneurs, helping them turn their innovative ideas into viable businesses. The foundation offers workshops on business management, financial literacy, and marketing to build the entrepreneurial capacity of youth.
